Didi West is a powerhouse vocalist whose range and versatility captivate audiences across the Las Vegas valley. Trained in classical vocal techniques, rock singing, and scream-singing, Didi excels at embodying distinct styles while staying true to the essence of each genre.

With a vocal prowess that spans the dynamic high and low ranges of icons like Ann Wilson (Heart) and Axl Rose (Guns N’ Roses), Didi effortlessly blends smooth notes with gritty growls, dominating the stage with her electrifying performances. From the classic rock anthems of the 70s and 80s to the punk and alternative sounds of the 90s and 2000s, her repertoire showcases her ability to channel the energy and authenticity of artists across generations. With the skillful precision of a seasoned performer, she seamlessly transitions into rap-rock fusion, covering bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and 311 with effortless swagger. And when it comes to acts like Rage Against the Machine, Didi’s unique ability to mix techniques like rapping with scream-singing sets her apart as a true force to be reckoned with.

A graduate in Theater and Vocalization from the College of Southern Nevada, Didi’s journey to the stage has been shaped by her dedication to her craft. Under the guidance of Mary Zema from VoiceHacks by Mary Z, she mastered extreme vocal techniques, allowing her to push the boundaries of her artistry with confidence and control. From her early days gracing the stages of renowned Las Vegas Strip productions like Rocky Horror Live Show and Jesus Christ Superstar—sharing the spotlight with acclaimed actors Reva Rice and Robert Torti—to her current endeavors as the creator of the true-crime podcast Broken Limelight, Didi West continues to leave an indelible mark on the performing arts scene.

Today, Didi fronts her namesake four-piece group, The Didi West Band, recently solidifying her status as a rising star in the music industry with an opening slot for the legendary band Quiet Riot. The band brings the energy, the attitude, and the soundtrack to make any event unforgettable. Alongside Didi, the lineup features top-tier Las Vegas musicians: Bruno Loureiro on guitar, Aubrey Dixon on bass, and Scott Young on drums. Each member brings years of experience performing in iconic Vegas productions, including Zombie Burlesque at Planet Hollywood, and together they deliver a powerhouse live show that spans upbeat classic and modern rock, punk, pop, dance, country, and Latin favorites.

Outside of her artistic pursuits, Didi’s commitment to community service has earned her recognition from both the Nevada Congress and Las Vegas City Council, particularly for her musical contributions to the Latino community.
